As the owner and President of XCEL Restoration Academy, Mike brings his vast knowledge and hands-on expertise to help restoration companies improve their operational systems, maximize profitability, and drive success through tailored consulting and specialized training.

Throughout his career, Mike has written over $40 million in Xactimate estimates, delivering exceptional accuracy and efficiency for a variety of residential and commercial projects. His industry experience includes working with some of the top restoration firms, where he developed a reputation for driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets. 

Notably, as the Director of Customer Success at Albiware, he built a scalable, high-performance department from the ground up, implementing systems that improved customer retention and satisfaction for a leading CRM solution tailored to the restoration industry. Prior to Albiware, Mike held leadership roles with ATI Restoration, Skyline Restoration, and J.C. Restoration, where he consistently increased revenue, improved operational efficiency, and built strong relationships with key industry players. As a franchise owner of Rainbow International Restoration and Cleaning, Mike grew the business to over $1 million in annual revenue, achieving impressive profit margins and playing a crucial role in national catastrophe events.

Mike holds numerous industry certifications, including being an Xactimate Certified Trainer and an IICRC Master Restorer in Fire, Water, and Textiles. He is also certified in OSHA regulations, EPA Lead Safety, and Large Loss Mastery.
