2. Resolution Process: We will review your concern and make every effort to resolve the issue through communication and mutual agreement. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days from the time of receiving your concern.
3. Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached through our standard process, you may choose to pursue third-party mediation, arbitration, or legal recourse in accordance with the laws of Illinois.
